Adobe Acrobat weirdness

Is anybody else having weird things happen when they've used this forum over the last couple days?

Every time I open a thread or post a response, an Adobe Acrobat window opens up, for no apparent reason. This just started over the last few days, and it has happened on two different computers in two different cities.

Is it just me?

It keeps happening to me too. I was wondering if anyone else was having the problem. I hope it's not virus related. [img]eek.gif[/img]

It's not happening on my end but I am heavily protected now due to a experience a few months which led me to get a new PC.

No trouble here, but I'm running Win XP with SP2 firewall and popup blocker.

I'm also using Mozilla almost exclusively instead of Internet Explorer (thanks to Steve Holmes' recommendation!) That has almost completely eliminated spyware and popups.

Google has a pretty reliable pop-up blocker for Internet Explorer that I use at work.

You might try Spybot Search & Destroy and StartUp Mechanic (both good freeware applications) to see if something has hijacked your PC.

I have firewall and anti virus and don't have that problem , you should run a anti virus scan on you pc [img]wink.gif[/img]
